Offboarding: easy calculation of leave compensation

We have introduced a new feature to simplify leave settlement when terminating employment. You can now submit a request for annual leave equivalent and manually adjust the number of days for which the employee will receive compensation.
This ensures that the employee’s leave balance is accurately settled, and the leave calendar remains clear and well-organized.
This feature is disabled by default. You can activate it by contacting the Support Team via chat on our website, email (support@hrnest.io) or phone (+48 506 230 785 – Mon-Fri: 9AM-5PM CET).
To enable this feature:
- Go to Configuration > Leave configuration> Types of requests
- Locate the Annual leave equivalent request
- Select the context menu under the Actions section > Edit
- Select Only available for the HR and click Save


Then, when creating the request:
- Select the Annual leave equivalent request
- In the Dates of leave field, enter a single day, e.g., the last day of employment
- In the Days of leaves field, enter the number of days eligible for compensation
Faster employee search in selection processes

We have improved the employee selection process by standardizing the names and appearance of the windows for assigningdDepartments and employees.
Finding the right employees is now faster and more intuitive.
Now, in all employee list views, you have access to:
- A search field (magnifying glass icon)
- Department filter
