How did the company manage before?

Muehlhan Wind Service emphasizes transparent processes, with a strong focus on providing good working conditions for its employees. As a result, they sought solutions to automate and optimize their procedures right from the start. 

Wojciech Szymański and Sandra Kowalska from the People and Culture department worked on introducing a solution that would allow the company to digitize HR document management. Previously, they relied mainly on paper documents without using tools for process optimization.

Initially, I feared the system implementation would be time-consuming, but it turned out my worries were unnecessary. The system was up and running as soon as the data was entered, which only took one day.

Simple and intuitive system for everyone

The introduction of HRnest at Muehlhan Wind Service helped move HR processes online, and employees responded positively. Using the system to submit leave requests is far faster than the old paper-based method and demonstrating the system during onboarding only takes about 15 minutes.

Employees appreciate that they no longer need to reach out to the HR department for information about their leave balance, planned leaves, or business trips. They can view their data instantly, and submitting requests is a matter of just a few clicks.

Muehlhan Wind Service also employs international staff. Thanks to HRnest's multilingual feature, the system is easy and intuitive for foreign employees to use. All functionalities are clear and user-friendly.

When hiring non-Polish-speaking employees, we wanted the system to meet their needs as well. HRnest is available in multiple languages, making it user-friendly for everyone.

Managing two organizations with one account

When Muehlhan Wind Service implemented HRnest, it had roughly 60 employees, and within two years, that number doubled. The system’s flexibility allowed Mr. Wojciech to simply update the employee count without needing further changes.

With HRnest, I’m confident that our fast growth doesn’t hinder our use of the system. It adapts seamlessly, and we can always reach out to Customer Support if needed.

Muehlhan Wind Service operates two accounts within the system to separate employees based on their job type. This means Mr. Wojciech doesn’t need to create new logins or passwords for team management—everything is consolidated in one place, making management easier.

With just one login and password, we can effortlessly manage HR operations for two separate employee groups using HRnest, simplifying the entire process.

Elimination of errors and misunderstandings

The transfer of inefficient and time-consuming procedures to HRnest improved the company’s ability to manage HR processes. Thanks to straightforward instructions, leave requests can be submitted in just a few clicks, and mistakes are easily corrected in less than 5 minutes.

Implementing HRnest allowed us to accelerate HR processes. Employees use ready-made forms in the system, and any errors can be fixed immediately once I log in.

HRnest offers access to a complete leave request history. This means that if there are any doubts about leave balance, the information can be quickly verified, helping to maintain transparent communication and avoid misunderstandings.

With HRnest's leave request history, I can easily see who submitted leave requests and when. It simplifies HR tasks, as there is no need to search through emails or documents—everything is stored in the system.

Time savings and improved information flow

The HRnest system brings order to daily HR operations and speeds up many tasks that traditionally took much longer. Muehlhan Wind Service can generate detailed reports in one click, with the option to filter by year, month, department, employee, request type, or contract type. Gathering data takes just a few seconds.

The system is a major time-saver for us. Without HRnest, we’d need to hire at least one extra HR employee just to keep up with the current workload.

HRnest greatly enhances communication throughout the organization. The People and Culture department can track every stage of the approval process and adjust the approval path according to the company’s structure or individual departments. They can also send a reminder to any supervisor who hasn’t made a decision yet, with just one click.

Thanks to HRnest, I don’t have to write emails to managers asking for request approvals. I just send a reminder via the system, and usually, I get a response very quickly.
