How did the company manage before?

Social Spot is an organization that prioritizes efficient work management, aiming to focus on creative projects for clients while reducing the time spent on administrative tasks. 

Ania Amsolik, the agency's Co-founder, manages the company, participates in project meetings, and handles client acquisition. Initially, she and the other Co-founder, Agnieszka, relied on tools suited for solo entrepreneurs and basic online spreadsheets. This led them to decide to implement the HRnest system.

As the company grew and the team expanded, traditional HR management methods became less effective. We needed a solution that could lighten my administrative workload and transfer these tasks to a reliable online system.

I don't have to worry about accessing the system when I'm out of the office - just having my phone is enough to quickly check the needed information. I'm happy that paper documents are now a thing of the past.

By moving leave-related formalities online, Ania no longer has to spend extra time verifying and preparing reports. In HRnest, she can generate a ready-made summary with a single click. This allows her to focus on what she enjoys most in her work—creative tasks and managing the company.

Effective management requires continuous planning and task distribution. With HRnest, Ania always has real-time information about employee availability - knowing who is on leave, who is working remotely, and who is ready to take on tasks each day. All of this information is accessible right after logging in, which improves project planning and task alignment based on staff availability.
