Processing of personal data in connection with the scheduling and conducting of an online presentation of the HRnest system

Full clause:

1. The administrator of your personal data in the form of your name, telephone number and/or electronic mail address (e-mail), processed within this booking system, is HRnest sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gdynia (81-451), al. Zwycięstwa 96/98.
2. The processing of your personal data takes place with your consent in accordance with Article 6.1.a. of the DPA, for the purpose of providing the online service of booking an online presentation date and handling it on the date you have chosen.
3. The data stored in the system can be accessed by:
   1. authorised HRnest employees who have access to the data to perform their duties,
   2. Microsoft Inc. Ireland, the technology platform provider,
4. The personal data contained in the application will be stored until the service of the appointment is completed and then for up to 7 days, after which it will be deleted.
5. With regard to your personal data, you have the right to request: access to the data, rectification of the data until it is deleted.
6. Each person has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data if he/she considers that the processing of his/her personal data is not in compliance with the regulations.
7. The provision of data is voluntary but necessary to book an appointment.
8. Everyone has the right to withdraw at any time the consent previously given for the processing of their personal data. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent given before its withdrawal.
9. Personal data will not be processed in a manner based solely on automated processing or transferred to third countries.
