On-the-Job Training (OJT)


On-the-Job training (OJT) involves teaching and developing employees’ skills directly while they perform their daily tasks. This type of training is hands-on and allows workers to gain experience in a real work environment, enhancing their efficiency and competence.

In OJT programs, employees are often guided by an experienced mentor or supervisor who provides direct guidance and feedback.
