Scrum Agile


Scrum Agile is an iterative project management methodology, primarily used in software development. This framework divides the work into short, time-boxed phases called sprints, which last from two to four weeks. Each sprint aims to deliver value in the form of deployable segments of the project.

Adopting the Scrum methodology relies on collaboration in self-managing teams, with key roles being the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and the Development Team. These teams work in cyclical intervals, focusing on delivering the highest value to the client in the shortest possible time.

Meetings, such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, or retrospectives, are an integral part of Scrum. They facilitate effective communication within the team, monitor progress, and adjust to changing conditions or requirements.


How does Scrum differ from traditional project management methods?
Scrum differs from traditional methods in its iterative approach, a stronger emphasis on team communication, and adaptability to changes during the project’s duration.

In Scrum, three key roles are distinguished: the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Development Team.

Scrum Agile helps teams to deliver products incrementally, providing frequent opportunities for feedback and adaptation. This regular reassessment allows projects to align more closely with customer needs and market changes. Additionally, Scrum enhances transparency within teams and across stakeholders, improving communication and collaboration, and ultimately leading to higher project success rates.
