In HRnest, you can assign a specific contract type to each employee – from full-time employment to B2B or service contracts. You can define contract duration, type, and visibility. The employee file lets you manage documents and alerts, regardless of the form of employment.

Leave limits

Set leave limits the way you want – based on employment law for full-time staff or unlimited for contractors. You can also create custom request types with specific limits and permissions. All without spreadsheets, all hassle-free.

Working time registration and records

The system tracks working time the way you prefer – choose from 8 methods like start/stop, automatic registration, or QR codes. You can adjust the method and access based on contract type. Remote work, task-based work, project work? HRnest supports all work arrangements.

Work schedules and permissions

In HRnest, you can assign employees to separate schedules – for full-time, B2B or service contracts – and adjust time tracking and approval processes accordingly. Enable hour tracking for some, disable it for others. Some may require manager approval, others only need to register their time.

Limity urlopowe

System pozwala przypisywać różne limity urlopowe zależnie od typu umowy. Można skonfigurować, by pracownicy na UoP mieli limity zgodne z Kodeksem pracy, a dla B2B lub zleceń ustawić brak limitu lub jego proporcjonalną wartość. Dodatkowo możesz tworzyć własne typy wniosków urlopowych z przypisanymi limitami i uprawnieniami.

Rejestracja i ewidencja czasu pracy

HRnest umożliwia rejestrację czasu pracy na różne sposoby – od klasycznego start/stop, przez automatyczną rejestrację obecności, po skanowanie kodów QR. Tryb i poziom dostępu można przypisać indywidualnie, np. w zależności od typu umowy. System obsługuje także pracę zdalną, zadaniową i projektową, zapewniając pełną ewidencję czasu pracy niezależnie od formy współpracy.

Harmonogramy pracy i uprawnienia

System umożliwia tworzenie osobnych grafików dopasowanych do różnych typów umów i form współpracy. Dla każdego harmonogramu można przypisać indywidualne zasady rejestracji, edycji i zatwierdzania czasu pracy. Dzięki temu harmonogramy mogą obejmować zarówno etatowych pracowników, jak i kontraktorów, zachowując przejrzystość i pełną kontrolę.

Dokumentacja

Rejestruj umowy, badania lekarskie, szkolenia BHP i zasoby firmowe z podziałem na typy umów. System umożliwia filtrowanie danych oraz ustawianie indywidualnych powiadomień – np. o kończących się terminach.
