Rejestracja czasu

Pracownicy mogą ewidencjonować czas pracy w sposób dopasowany do ich potrzeb i stanowiska. HRnest obsługuje 8 metod RCP: system start/stop, wskazywanie obecności, godzin pracy, automatyczną rejestrację, kody QR, wersję mobliną, rejestrację przez komunikator Slack oraz API. Można też dodać komentarz, przerwę czy wskazać miejsce pracy – wszystko zgodnie z rzeczywistością pracy hybrydowej.

Praca zdalna

System umożliwia składanie wniosków o pracę zdalną, wybór konkretnego miejsca (np. dom, teren, adres tymczasowy) oraz planowanie takich dni z eksportem do kalendarza. Działy HR i przełożeni mają pełny wgląd, kto i kiedy pracuje zdalnie, co wspiera transparentność i planowanie pracy.

Harmonogramy
