Add employee salary information

A new table with employee salary information is now available in employee profiles.

All key salary details are gathered in one place, including: amount, rate type, FTE, additional information, reason for change, and even attachments (e.g. documents related to a position change or contract amendments).

This allows you to track changes over time, review related documents and understand the reasons behind cost updates. It also increases transparency and improves employees’ access to information.

Extend employee requests with additional information

When creating a new employee request type, you can now add three additional fields to be completed:

  • Amount
  • Address
  • Mandatory clause

These details are clearly presented, ensuring structured and transparent data for both the employee submitting the request and the person approving it.

All added information is also visible in the Excel export.

Note: You can add the new fields to existing employee request types, so all newly submitted requests will include the additional information.

Go to Configuration > List of employee request types, then to Actions > Details to view and edit the selected fields.

Attach files when creating a leave request

When submitting a leave or absence request, you can now attach the required documentation at the bottom of the form.

File attachments are available already at the creation stage, helping streamline and speed up the submission and approval process.

Set a time range for starting work with QR codes

You can now define the time range during which employees are allowed to start registering their working time using a QR code.

For example, you can allow clock-in between 8:00 and 10:00 AM. If an employee arrives earlier and tries to register at 7:30 AM, it will not be possible.

This prevents employees from recording additional working hours outside their assigned shift.
