We have introduced new features in schedules and time tracking that speed up daily work with larger data sets. We added automatic recalculation of requests after changes in the Days off calendar, improved the transparency of request change history, and unified the status of requests sent to the HR.
More efficient work with schedules
We improved system messages in schedules to make them clearer and more unambiguous.
While creating or editing a schedule, it is now easier to identify errors and receive confirmation that the operation was completed successfully.
We also introduced a new “Execute and repeat” function, which speeds up schedule creation for the same employees. After completing an operation, you can immediately repeat it for another period without
searching for employees again, significantly improving efficiency.

Additionally,we enabled automatic notifications for employees about their published schedules.
After enabling the option “Notify employees about the schedule after it is approved”, employees receive an email notification each time a schedule is approved.
This keeps them up to date with their work plan and allows them to react faster to any changes.

Bulk operations in time tracking
We expanded time tracking with the ability to perform operations across multiple days at once.
You can now filter days (e.g. working days or those with recorded time) and then bulk add or delete entries.

This significantly speeds up work, especially with larger data sets, and eliminates the need to perform the same actions day by day.

Automatic recalculation of requests after calendar changes
Changes in the Days off calendar no longer require manual updates of requests. You can now use the “Recalculate” function to update all existing requests with a single click.

This is especially helpful when you make changes during the year, such as adding a public holiday or a day off. You no longer need to manually adjust each request – the system will do it for you, ensuring correct leave calculations.

Greater transparency of request change history
We improved the transparency of request change history. Now, for the “Edited” status, you can see exactly what caused the update.

Users can see whether a change resulted from editing the work schedule, modifying the holiday calendar, or manual edits by a Manager or the HR. This makes it much easier to understand the context of changes and avoid confusion.
One status for requests sent to the HR Department
We simplified how leave request statuses work. From now on, all requests requiring approval by the HR – regardless of the selected workflow – have one common status: “Waiting for HR’s approval”.

This eliminates the need to filter reports by multiple statuses to find requests awaiting HR approval.
All such requests are marked with the same tatus, making them easier to review and approve in bulk. Additionally, these requests are visible on the dashboard in the “For approval” section, so they are always easy to access.
