Better leave calendar management, new export options, time tracking change history, and more HR tools

In the latest update, we've introduced greater control over leave calendar visibility, added a change history to Time Tracking, and expanded data export and import capabilities. We've also improved leave request handling and introduced additional system configuration options.

Greater control over leave calendar visibility

We’ve expanded the Planning module with new configuration options that define whose leave plans and absences are visible to employees.

Administrators can now decide whether users can view data for:

  • the entire company,
  • employees within the same organization,
  • employees within the same department,
  • or only their own information.

These new settings make it easier to align leave calendar visibility with your organizational structure.

This is particularly useful for companies managing multiple legal entities or business units, where employees
should only have access to information relevant to their own organization or department.

As a result, the leave calendar becomes more transparent while allowing organizations to configure access according to their internal policies.

Change history in Time Tracking

We’ve enhanced the Time tracking section by introducing an audit trail that allows users to see who made changes to recorded working time and when.

A detailed history is now available for each day, covering all additions, edits, and deletions of time entries. A clear table displays who performed each action, when it was completed, and the final state of the entry after the changes were saved.

This new feature improves transparency in time tracking and makes it easier to investigate discrepancies or questions regarding recorded working hours. It is especially valuable in organizations where managers or designated personnel are responsible for maintaining employee time records.

Note! Change history is available starting from the date this feature was introduced (i.e. July 7, 2026) and includes only entries that were created or modified from that date onward.

Export the List of subordinates to Excel

Managers can now export the List of subordinates to Excel.

With a single click, managers can export the List of subordinates directly from their profile, without involving the HR department. The exported file includes key employee information such as name, employee number, and job title.

We’ve also enhanced the List of subordinates by adding new columns for employee number and job title, along with a quick employee search feature.

Import documents using employee numbers

We’ve expanded bulk document import to support employee numbers as an additional employee identifier.

When importing documents, users can now choose to identify employees by employee number instead of login or user ID. The system supports both filenames consisting solely of the employee number and filenames where the employee number forms part of the file name.

During import, the system also verifies that employee numbers are unique across the organization. If a duplicate employee number is detected, the document will not be imported, and the system will display an appropriate error message along with the reason in the import report.

This feature is particularly useful for organizations that use employee numbers as their primary personnel identifier.

Bulk “Send reminder to manager” action for pending requests

We’ve added a new bulk Send reminder to manager action to the List of requests, making it easier to remind managers about requests awaiting approval.

HR users can now select multiple requests at once and send reminder emails to the responsible approvers with a single click. The feature is available for requests awaiting approval from either the first- or second-level manager.

Once the operation is complete, the system displays the number of successfully sent emails, providing immediate confirmation that the action has been completed.

Option to hide the advances section in Business Trips

A new configuration option allows organizations to hide the Advances section in both TAFs and Trip Settlements.

Organizations can now decide whether advance payment fields should be available to users. When disabled, the section will no longer appear in newly created documents, simplifying forms for companies that do not use travel advances.
