Updates – Compact leave calendar view, invitation status, faster approvals, and new filters

We’ve introduced a compact calendar view – now you can see the whole month and more employees on one screen. We’ve also added filters for invitation statuses and document continuation (e.g. contracts). Leave requests and business trip settlements can now be approved faster – directly from the list. When adding employees in bulk, you can set their system language right away.

Compact view of the Leave calendar

We’ve added the option to switch the leave calendar to Compact View. This new layout allows you to see the full month and more employees at once on a single screen.

The calendar’s functionality remains unchanged — only the visual layout is different.

This update helps you quickly check attendances and scheduled absences — no scrolling needed. It’s especially useful for larger teams.

How to enable Compact View:

  • Go to Leave > Calendar
  • Click on View toggle > Compact

User invitation statuses in the Organization

We’ve added a new Status column under Organization > Invitations. It shows the current stage of each user invitation.

This makes it easier to track the onboarding process and manage user additions to the system.

There are three statuses available:

  • To be sent – The account hasn’t received an invitation yet.
  • Sent – awaiting login – The invitation has been sent, but the user hasn’t logged in.
  • Logged in – The user has logged in via the email link or with login credentials provided by HR or a supervisor.

To easily check who needs to receive an invitation or a reminder, you can use the filtering option.

Here’s how:

  • Click the filter icon above the table
  • Select the appropriate option in the Status field
  • Confirm by clicking Filter

Filtering also allows you to easily select employees who haven’t received invitations yet – and use the bulk sending function by clicking the OK button.

Faster approval of Requests and Delegation Settlements from lists

We’ve added a new Approve or Settle icon directly in the Actions column of document lists.

This allows you to quickly proceed with approvals or settlements without opening the context menu – making the process faster, simpler, and more convenient.

This new shortcut is available in:

  • Leave > Request List
  • Delegations > Business Travel Requests
  • Delegations > Delegation Settlements

Language selection when adding employees in bulk

When adding employees via Excel import, you now need to select the user’s interface language.

There are six language versions available: Polish, English, German, French, Spanish, and Russian.

This feature helps streamline onboarding, especially in international or fast-growing companies – for example, when opening a new branch, adding a subsidiary, or building a new team.

To add employees in bulk:

  • Go to Configuration > Bulk actions
  • Select Bulk add employees
  • Click the Download button
  • Fill in the Excel file according to the legend
  • Upload the file to the system and click Add

“Continuation” filter in Contracts, Medical Examinations, and OHS Trainings

We’ve added a new Continuation filter in the views for Contracts, Medical Examinations, and OHS Trainings.

It allows you to easily filter documents marked as a continuation of previous ones.

The Continuation column is hidden by default. To enable it:

  • Go to Employee Files > Contracts
  • Click the context menu in any column
  • Select the Continuation option

The same steps apply to Medical Examinations and OHS Trainings

To filter documents by continuation status:

  • Click the filter icon above the table
  • In the Continuation field, select Yes or No
  • Click Filter

Improved visibility in dropdown lists

We’ve enhanced dropdown lists (e.g. interface language selection, number of rows in a table) by adding:

  • a checkmark icon next to the selected option,
  • greyed-out styling for the currently chosen value.

This makes it easier to see what’s selected at a glance and helps you navigate the system more efficiently.
