Updates – improvements in work time and leave planning, clearer request export

Add working hours faster with the “from–to” import including breaks, and take advantage of a unified legend in PDF/Excel exports to easily recognize request statuses. Employees now have a new tab with an overview of their own leave plans.

New employee import format with “from-to” working hours and break time

We’ve introduced a new version of the employee import file, which allows defining working hours in the “from-to” format along with break time. Previously, it was only possible to import the total number of working hours per day.

The new import file includes three additional columns:

  • Work time from
  • Work time to
  • Break

The system automatically adjusts the downloadable file to match the time tracking methods selected for your company.

This new format is available when the company uses either of the following time tracking methods that automatically register working hours:

  • Presence indication
  • Automatic

If these modes are disabled, the previous file format (daily number of working hours) remains available. If these modes are active, the new “from-to” format with a break is available.

Employee access to their own leave plans

A new List of holidays plans tab has been added. Thanks to this update, employees can now view their own leave plans more clearly, making planning and verification easier. They can also export the list to an Excel file.

From the employee account:

  • Go to the Leave List of requests
  • Then select the List of holidays plans tab

Updated legend in calendar exports

The legend section has been updated to visually reflect request statuses using color codes. The order of statuses has been reorganized for better clarity, new decision-making roles for more complex approval paths have been added, status colors have been standardized, and a label for partial requests has been introduced—this was previously missing.

This applies to both work schedules and leave calendars.
