Export project list to Excel

You can now export the project list from the Work time module to Excel with just a few clicks.

To download the file:

  1. Go to Work time > Projects
  2. Click the context menu
  3. Select Export to Excel

Bulk organization change for employees

We’ve added the option to change the organization for multiple employees at once. It simplifies managing accounts across different companies or divisions.

To do this:

  1. Go to Organization
  2. Select the checkboxes next to chosen employees
  3. In the Action section, select Change organization
  4. Choose the target organization and click OK

Extended export with time registration mode, source and account status

When exporting employee data to Excel from the Organization, you’ll now get additional information about account status and how time is registered (via system panel or QR codes).

To download these details:

  1. Go to Organization
  2. Click the context menu
  3. Select Export to Excel

Improved time filtering in Projects

In Work time > Projects, we’ve simplified the date selection for Timesheet and Project execution.

Instead of one long list of weeks, you can now easily set the period using:

  • Start date
  • End date

The default view shows the current week (Monday–Sunday). For the monthly view, simply pick the year and month — the system suggests the current month by default.

New Notes section in Personal file

We’ve added a Notes section to Personal file, also available in the Employee profile, visible only to HR.

You can add short employee-related notes with a title and description. The date is filled in automatically.

You can access Notes in two ways:

  1. Personal file > Notes – to see all notes for all employees
  2. Organization > Employee profile > Personal file > Notes – to see notes for a specific employee

All notes are searchable and can be exported to Excel.
