The latest update introduces further improvements in the areas of time tracking and request management. We have added new ways to use QR codes, bulk actions that simplify employee account configuration, and additional mechanisms supporting data consistency and a more flexible request approval process.

HR Department

Attendance registration using QR Codes

We have expanded the functionality of QR codes in Time Tracking. From now on, the QR Code registration source can also be used in the Mark attendance mode.

This solution is especially useful for companies where employees only need to confirm their presence for the entire working day after arriving at work – without the need to clock in again at the end of the day.

After scanning the QR code, the system automatically creates a full attendance entry for the given day. As a result, the registration process is quick, simple, and better suited to organizations that do not require detailed tracking of work start and end times.

Rejecting a previously appproved leave request

We have also added a new configuration option that allows an Approver to reject a leave request that was previously approved by them.

This is particularly useful in situations where, after approval, it turns out that the request needs to be withdrawn or corrected. From now on, the Approver can independently reject such a request – without involving the HR department, as long as no further action has yet been taken by another person in the approval workflow.

Additionally, we have expanded notifications related to request rejection. Information will be sent to all involved parties, including the requester, people included in the approval workflow, and the substitute assigned in the request. The substitute will also receive information that they are no longer assigned as a substitute for the period covered by the rejected request.

Thanks to this change, the leave management process is more flexible, and all involved parties stay informed about updates.

HR Department

Bulk change of time registration source and mode

We have extended the available bulk actions with the ability to change the time registration source and mode for multiple employees at once.

The HR department can easily select chosen employees and change their time registration source and mode in a single action – without the need to edit each employee profile individually.

The new option significantly improves daily work, especially in organizations that implement or test different methods of time registration. As a result, changing the configuration for larger groups of employees is faster, more convenient, and less error-prone.

The feature has been added to the existing bulk actions in the Organization tab, allowing employee settings to be managed even more efficiently from one place.

HR Department

Warning about requests extending beyond the employment/cooperation period

We have added a new warning displayed when entering an employee’s employment or cooperation end date.

From now on, if the system contains requests extending beyond the specified end date of employment or cooperation, the HR department will receive a message containing information about such requests along with a direct link to the Request List.

This makes it possible to quickly verify and correct requests that require updates before closing the settlement period.

The change helps avoid inconsistencies in reports and improves the employee offboarding process.
