New feature – Templates for schedules

A long-awaited function has appeared in the Work time module – templates for schedules. Thanks to it, creating a new schedule will be much faster – just use the previously saved template.

To create it, select Templates from the top menu, and then click + Create template.

A form will appear in which you should name the template and define the scope of work. Note: the template must contain at least one workday plan.

To use a template in the schedule, expand the form and select ‘Working hours from template’, then select the template you want and click Execute.

Any user set up in the system as work schedule creator can add their own templates and then use them when creating the schedule.
