FAQ

Do former employees count towards the employee limit?
No, the employee limit only applies to active accounts. There are no restrictions on the number of former employee accounts. Accounts that have been deactivated (after the employee leaves the company) are released back into the available pool within your limit.
How can I use the HRnest free trial?
Every new HRnest user gets 14 days of free access to test the system. The trial applies to all plans and is activated automatically. To continue using the system after the trial period, simply enter your billing details in the admin panel or contact us. You can cancel at any time during the trial period without obligation.
How does the number of employees affect the final price?
We understand that companies grow and change quickly, so we offer pricing based on ranges — every 5 employees up to 50, then every 10 employees. For example, if you plan to purchase for 57 employees, your offer will fall under the 60-employee range. This pricing model makes scaling easy and ensures competitive rates, giving you flexibility without complications when adding new employees.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time during your subscription. Just send a request to support@hrnest.io. The new plan will be activated after the price difference is settled. The amount will be calculated based on your current subscription and the remaining days.
How do I pay for the system?
Pricing depends on the number of employees using the system. You’ll receive a proforma invoice with payment details to the e-mail address provided during registration. Payment is made via bank transfer. Once the payment is processed, you will receive a VAT invoice by mail.
When and how do I provide VAT invoice details?
You can enter your company’s billing details in the HR settings panel. Please do this no later than the last day of your free trial. Based on this information, we’ll issue both the proforma and final VAT invoice.
What technical requirements must my equipment meet to use HRnest?
You’ll need a computer with internet access and an up-to-date web browser (IE, Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera) to use the HRnest system fully.
