Add profile pictures, switch between calendar months faster and download leave request PDFs regardless of their status. Data export now includes columns with address and address type and managers can download attachments from their team’s leave requests.

We’ve introduced a compact calendar view – now you can see the whole month and more employees on one screen. We’ve also added filters for invitation statuses and document continuation (e.g. contracts). Leave requests and business trip settlements can now be approved faster – directly from the list. When adding employees in bulk, you can set their system language right away.

In HRnest, you can now create custom fields in the employee profile to better tailor the system to your needs. We’ve also simplified leave planning and meal allowance editing in business trips. Plus, there’s a new cost category available in settlements – insurance policy.

In HRnest, you can now export the project list to Excel and quickly change the organization for multiple employees. We’ve also extended the data export with time registration modes and account status. In Personal file, a new Notes section has been added — visible only to HR, with the option to export notes to Excel.

Using the API, you can export data on substitutions during leave, working time, and projects. You can also retrieve information about work location, overtime, and project execution details – all with the option to filter by selected parameters. Substitution information in leave requests can also be exported.

Add working hours faster with the “from–to” import including breaks, and take advantage of a unified legend in PDF/Excel exports to easily recognize request statuses. Employees now have a new tab with an overview of their own leave plans.

Get better access to key data in HRnest! In the Organization view, add Position and 2nd-level manager columns to quickly understand your company’s structure. We’ve also made it easier to view the details of individual leave limits – you can now find them directly in the Employee profile.
