Recent changes in the HRnest system:
We have introduced visibility of the reason for the employee’s absence for second-level supervisors
In the system, there is the possibility to edit the workflow to match the company’s structure. We received information that second-level managers did not have the ability to view the reason for an employee’s absence in the leave calendar.
We decided to change this as soon as possible. We have expanded the ability to view the reason for an employee’s absence for second-level managers. The comment appears in the leave calendar under the date range of the absence.
We have set the visibility of values in the monthly leave utilization report when introducing a global leave limit
We have also improved the ability to view the remaining leave balance for leave requests entered for all employees in the company.
In the Monthly holiday entitlement report, the second column now displays a number consistent with the provided and updated data.
We have added a new leave status – ‘Waiting for correction’
Until now, a request that was withdrawn by the HR Department to the manager was not visible on the Dashboard. When an employee tried to submit a request again during this time, a message appeared saying “a request has already been submitted for this date range”.
We have improved the clarity of this situation. Currently, a submitted request will be displayed on the Dashboard with the information ‘Waiting for correction’.
