At the beginning of the week, another batch of improvements came to HRnest. This time we have slightly expanded the functionality of our notification system. Our list of leave plans also underwent a minor… refresh. What exactly is it all about?
150 characters to use – everywhere
Before we get to the most interesting information – here’s a handful of minor, yet still helpful improvements simplifying HR in your company.
With the latest update, we standardized the length of the names of the attachments you add to various applications. Now, in each case, the file name can contain 150 characters.
We know that sometimes an attachment needs more description in the name itself. That’s why you no longer need to use mysterious abbreviations in file names, which immediately fall out of your head.
As of today at HRnest, organizing application attachments just got easier.
New email notification for the employee
One of the most important reasons for implementing HRnest in many companies is to automate the flow of information.
As we develop our application, we place great importance on making more improvements to improve this aspect of HR processes. That’s why, with the latest update, a new employee notification has arrived in HRnest.
The new type of notification applies to users using the Working Time module in HRnest. It is sent when the Supervisor accepts the work time recorded by the Employee in a given month (or another pay period).
The Employee will receive a notification immediately when the Superior accepts the working time. This allows you to shorten the circulation of information in the company and reach those most interested in important details.
Other minor changes:
– Improved the appearance of the leave plan list
– Added links to instructions for integrating HRnest with external calendars
